Postgraduate Course in the Organisation of Fashion Events
The majority of big businesses and firms working in this area organise and take part in different periodic acts, with the purpose of making their products known. In this Postgraduate course, a wide overview of the professional organisation of fashion events is given, with a special importance on catwalks, showrooms and fashion fairs, as well as inaugurations, shows and conventions.
This postgraduate course is aimed at graduates or professionals of the fashion world and other areas, that wish to develop their careers in a fashion sector business, in Communication, Marketing, Product, Publicity, Journalism and Public Relations.
Aims
- To provide the student with the necessary knowledge for planning a catwalk show.
- To coordinate the presentation of new collections through Showrooms or Fairs.
- To set up an exhibition and know how to perform a convention production.
Syllabus
This postgraduate course has 18 credits: 150 theoretical/training hours and 30 hours used for carrying out a research project.
