Master in Fashion Styling, Publicity and Audiovisual Media

The creation of this Master’s Degree in Fashion styling, Publicity and audio-visual media satisfies the huge demand that exists in the different fields, where the work of a great designer is essential. Styling coordination assures success on the catwalk as well as in a showroom or at a photographic session. Styling and taste often arise innately but sometimes is essential to have professional support to assess our personal or brand image.

In the audiovisual media, styling is a professional activity that has been evolving as far as the film market and the commercial show productions have grown. The market is demanding and it requires a styling professional with global information of the audiovisual world.

Aims

  • Know a designer’s role in all aspects.
  • Research and put into practice the latest trends in accordance with the customer’s order.
  • Identify the trends in fashion throughout history in order to adapt them to each project.
  • Learn the characteristics of each silhouette to provide the most suitable style.
  • Establish a feedback between the music and the clothing.

Syllabus

This MASTER’S DEGREE comprises the Postgraduate course in Styling in Fashion and Publicity and the Postgraduate course in Styling in Audiovisual Media. On completion of both Postgraduate courses, the student will be awarded the MASTER’S DEGREE IN FASHION STYLING, PUBLICITY AND AUDIOVISUAL MEDIA.

Students interested in carrying out work experience must notify us when registering. Work experience is optional and does not count as credits.

Postgraduate in Styling in FASHION and PUBLICITY (18 credits)

  • MODULE I: Styling in Fashion (5 credits)
  • MODULE II: Styling in Publicity (5 credits)
  • MODULE III: Art Management (5 credits)
  • MODULE IV: Research project (3 credits)

Postgraduate in STYLING IN AUDIOVISUAL MEDIA (18 credits)

  • MODULE I:  Styling in scenery (6 credits)
  • MODULE II: Styling in cinema and television (6 credits)
  • MODULE III: Styling in music and video clips (3 credits)
  • MÓDULO IV: Research project (3 credits)
