In Company Courses
The Felicidad Duce College of Design has been developing training plans for over 20 years. These training plans are perfectly adapted to the needs and requirements of each company. Study programmes are ‘made to measure’ and our professional and experienced teaching staff are available to travel to each company, or training may also be offered at our centres in Barcelona, and Allariz, Ourense.
Our training plans include:
- Identification and Evaluation of each company’s training requirements,
- Working closely with each company to define and develop the training programme
- Structuring the training programme to be implemented
- Monitoring the training programme
- Assessing the final results
Companies who wish to fund staff training by the Felicidad Duce College of Design through the "Business training programme" of the Fundación Tripartita, or by any other specific funding provided by their local authority can request the necessary documentation from us.
This funding can be requested once the company has contracted a training course with us, and provides us with the necessary documentation to process the application.
