Introduction to Shoe Design
Every season the great fashion houses of the world present us with shoes which are more and more creative and which are made using revolutionary techniques, either in the latest designs, or the type of material, heel etc ….
On completing this course, the student should be able to recognise different types of shoes and their components, plus all the possible variants, whether they are leather, fabric, heels, soles…..in order to design their own collection.
Objectives
To know shoes inside out, from their history to the newest manufacturing processes, and to finish the course with the knowledge in order to produce a collection, using all the necessary equipment (materials, technical data, sketches ….)
