Workshop on Pattern Making
The aim of this course is to initiate the student in pattern making and manufacturing clothes. The programme includes the main base patterns for women’s (or children’s) clothing, providing the basic know-how for transforming and building prototypes.
No previous experience in pattern making is needed for this course. The programme is aimed at all those who have a great interest in making clothes from a pattern and who may be considering a future in the fashion world.
Objectives
- To acquire basic knowledge of industrial pattern making
- To begin the study of making and assembling women’s and children´s clothes.
