Personal Shopper

The figure of the Personal Shopper was created in New York in the 80s, as a measure to help those people whose busy schedule didn’t allow them to go shopping. But this “consultancy service” that used to be exclusive only for the few, has become democratic thanks to personal shoppers, professionals who offer their services in order to bring out the best in each person.

In this course you will acquire the knowledge needed to advise clients in choosing their wardrobe, respecting their own style and taste. The course is completed with basic knowledge about makeup, hairdressing… taught by working professionals. Real shopping circuits are also planned.

When a personal shopper is hired, the client wants to feel renewed, up-to-date, save time or simply find a suitable style for a special occasion.  And nowadays, these professionals are in demand by lots of companies in order to increase their sales.

A personal shopper may work for a shop, a shopping mall, a hotel, a travel agency,… but can also offer his services to individuals, artists or people without a wide knowledge in fashion and trends, generally with little time for shopping.

This course is aimed at professionals, stylists, designers, protocol experts, public relations officers, makeup artists, hairdressers… and generally to all those people interested in personal image, fashion and trends.
